Greetings. I am in New York for nine days for Elizabeth's sister's wedding. Originally I had planned to write sporadic updates, but I've decided not to post anything this week. I will be back next week with plenty to share. Take care.

Can you go to Two Boots pizza and get a slice of Mr. Pink and write a review? That place is the bomb diggidy bomb bomb! Have fun!
I will see what I can do but I make no promises. I always like to accomodate my readers, however I have eaten a lot of pizza already.
Bryce, it was freaking brutal in the city on Saturday. Even the locals were suffering. I heard on the news that it was a record temperature for Central Park. At least everywhere indoors is air conditioned, though. Right now I'm about two hours north of the city in the Hudson River Valley, where it has been hot, but not nearly as bad as the weekend in the city was.
I've had pizza four times in four days. I'm sure there will be more.
I made tacos for the shower; that's what the bride asked for. Flank steak, chicken, and grilled veggies. I don't think they were anything amazing but all things considered (all the food was purchased and marinated for me, plus upstate New York doesn't have the options for Hispanic grocers like SoCal does so I was missing a few of my key ingredients for tacos), I was pleased. The bride was very happy with it, which is all I really cared about.

He can do that at home...
There's a Two Boots in Echo Park!
But, yes, have fun. Try to stay cool.

Keep eating pizza. Do it for your preggo ex-New Yorker friend!
And have fun -- can't wait to see what you make for the shower!

Plus all the guests LOVED the food as well. You got rave reviews!
