So I sauteed the pancetta and set it aside, then cooked the bacon, and placed them both on white bread with mayo and lettuce.
It was, obviously, fantastic.

Did you know tha aluminum spelled backwards is "munimula", the planet from whence came the 10 foot tall metal munching mice! (A Rocky and Bullwinkle reference from the 60's!)

It's a good thing they weren't English. Muinimula isn't nearly so catchy.
